Cocoon homes After Sales Support begins the moment we hand over the keys to your brand new home at Cocoon. The quality of service you receive after moving into your home will be every bit as exclusive as the service we extended during the purchase process. Electrical / plumbing repairs and maintenance, as and when required as well as periodical inspection of installations will be part and parcel of our after sales support. Any warrantable issues (within the control of Cocoon homes) that have arisen after you moved in to your home will be checked and addressed by our support team.

HOME CARE – TAKING CARE OF YOUR HOME

Understanding the apprehensions of families who leave their homes unattended for long periods, Cocoon homes has decided to extend their expertise to the home care segment as well, with Cocoon Home Support. Occupants at Cocoon’s residential projects can now entrust cocoon Home Support to take care of their home in their absence. If required, we shall arrange to lease your home to ideal occupants, collect the monthly rentals and deposit the same in your account.
